All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse. This policy allows us to uphold strict quality standards and ensure that all customers receive products that have been handled and stored under controlled conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please email us at:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the claim and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.
Refunds & Replacements
In rare circumstances, LOTF Labs may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- All determinations are final.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Issues reported after the 48-hour window
