Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. LOTF Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
